Forever Art Tattoo is a Palmerston North studio known for its artists and custom work. When they came to me they had no website and almost no online visibility, leaning entirely on social media to bring in new clients. The talent was there, the bookings just were not landing consistently.
This is part of my SEO services for New Zealand businesses.
The challenge
Everything came through social media and word of mouth, with no website to showcase the work or capture enquiries. Despite real talent in the chair, the booking calendar was inconsistent and hard to plan around.

How I did it, in three steps
01. A website that shows the work
A clean, mobile-friendly site built around the artists, styles and services, with clear calls to action and an enquiry form that sends leads straight to the studio. A file upload lets clients share reference images upfront, so the site books work rather than just looking good.
02. Local SEO plus content
Keyword research around what Palmerston North actually searches, then on-site optimisation and content built around those terms. I also wrote top-of-funnel blogs like "tattoo ideas" and "does getting a tattoo hurt" to build the topical authority that lifts the competitive, ready-to-book keywords.
03. #1 rankings
Within three months they reached #3 on Google Search and Maps, and soon after hit #1 for their main keywords, including some of the most competitive local tattoo terms in the area.
