AI automation services, done for you.

Be an AI first mover, or compete with one.

Most owners aren't short on work, they're short on hours, quietly losing jobs to missed calls, admin and the follow-ups that never happen. I find exactly where your time and money leak, then automate the process on the tools you already run, so more of the money you spend winning work turns into paid jobs.

01

Win more work

Every missed call is a customer dialling your competitor next, after you already paid to earn that call. An AI receptionist answers every enquiry the moment it lands, day or night, and books the job. The leads you pay for stop leaking to voicemail and start turning into revenue.

02

Follow up, every time

Most of your revenue is already won, sitting in a quote nobody had time to chase. Sales usually take four or five touches, which is exactly where a busy team drops off. Quotes, enquiries and quiet customers get followed up automatically, so the work you have earned stops going cold.

03

Know your numbers

Running on gut feel is how a good month hides a bad one. Your jobs, sales and cashflow flow into one live dashboard, including what each automation saves or makes you, so you decide on real numbers and see the return on every dollar.

The 30-Minute AI Profit Audit

See what to automate first.

Thirty minutes with me, the person who builds it. I map where your business loses time, what to automate first, and what each fix is worth in hours and dollars.

  • A 30-minute call with me, not a sales rep.
  • A written "top 3 automations to build first", with the hours and dollars each is worth.
  • The roadmap is yours to keep, whether we work together or not.
My guarantee. Give me 30 minutes. If you don't walk away with at least 3 specific ways to save time or win more work, I build your first automation free.

I take a limited number of audits each month, so I can be on every call myself.

account managers, no handoffs.

01
I scope it
I sit down with you, learn how your business actually runs, and work out where automation will make the biggest difference to your time and revenue.
02
I build it
The person who scoped your project builds every automation. No briefing documents lost in translation, just direct execution on the systems you already use.
03
I support it
You won't get handed to a support team that's never seen your setup. The person who built it is the one you call when something needs changing or scaling up.

AI automation questions
I hear most.

What does AI automation cost in NZ?

Every build is scoped to the job, so I quote after a free audit rather than off a rate card. Most automations are a one-off setup plus a small monthly fee for maintenance and running costs, and I only recommend a build where the time or revenue it recovers clearly outweighs the cost.

Will it work with the software we already use?

Usually, yes. It depends on the software you run and the integrations it supports, which I confirm during scoping. Wherever possible I build on what you already use, like Fergus, Xero and Google Sheets. No rip-and-replace, no new system for your team to learn.

How long until it is live?

It depends on the workflows being automated, their complexity and the systems involved, so timelines are scoped per project. As a guide, most automations go live within one to three weeks of go-ahead.

How is this different from enterprise automation tools?

Enterprise platforms assume you have an IT team and months to spare. I'm one person who builds and supports it directly: you deal with the person doing the work, decisions get made in days not quarters, and everything is right-sized for a small NZ business instead of a platform you'll only half use.

What happens if something breaks or needs changing?

I provide ongoing support for everything I build. Every project comes with training for your team and full handover documentation, so if something needs changing or scaling, it's handled quickly by the person who already knows your system.
